Nadeem Gebrael started his career in Real estate while he was 18 years old and attending Michigan State University. He always has had a love and passion for everything real estate and that is why he got into investing early on. Nadeem’s real estate career took off in 2010 during the foreclosure crises. He joined a team with a large concentration in foreclosure sales. He assisted in the selling and buying of thousands of homes while he was apart of that team. After becoming a licensed agent Nadeem started assisting clients with purchasing and selling. He started to network and began to acquire relationships and clients throughout the world. Shortly after he started Gebrael Management and branched out on his own. Buying and selling properties became second nature and over the last 9 years, he has sold thousands of homes. His vast experience covers first time home buyers, sellers, management, and investments. He has bought and sold single-family homes to building multimillion-dollar real estate portfolios. Nadeem enjoys working out, traveling, spending time outdoors, and being with friends and families.
Our Team
Chris Gebrael started his real estate career while still in high school and interning at Gebrael Management and assisting with the day to day property management side of the business. He then graduated high school and bought his first investment property and went off to a trade school in Florida to study music production. After school, he moved back to Michigan and came to work for Gebrael Management. He now heads our maintenance department and became a licensed agent and is helping clients buy and sell properties. His knowledge in dealing with maintenance and remodeling homes from the management side gives him the upper hand when working with clients in locating any issues in a home before purchase. With a strong concentration on investment properties, he has put together many portfolios for clients. He loves working with people and helping them find their dream home. He is also a real estate investor and has been working on building a portfolio of his own. He enjoys working out, being outside, traveling, and working with artists in the music industry.
